Today, in their 6 hectars of vineyards in the fascinating and sunny Cunca D’Or, Diego and his son Luca Marengo produce Dolcetto d’Alba, Barbera d’Alba, Nebbiolo e Barolo. Since 2016, the cultivation of the vineyards is trained according to The green Expereince guidelines.

Today the brothers Giovanni and Marco, along with the wise work of their father Giuseppe, produce certified organic wines thanks to the exclusion of the use of pesticides and favoring the birth and development of different types of herbs among the rows. Azienda agricola nelle campagne di Poggio Rusco, Mantova. Nei loro 8 ettari di proprietà i fratelli Franco e Marco Accorsi producono 2 Lambrusco Mantovano IGP: Giano e Incantabiss ottenuti da uve autoctone Marani, Salamino e Ruberti; uno spumante rosè Cocai ed il rosso fermo Le Mani. .

Organic and Biodynamic

The Piombaia farm was born from the union of the Rossi family, originally from Montalcino, and Cantini family, originally from Pisa. The brothers Vittorio, Francesco and Cecilia, representing the fifth generation of the Rossi-Cantini family, manage the family business, and since 2008 they chose to apply the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture that have completely revolutionized the way of living and working on the farm: no longer the use of fertilizers synthetics, chemical pesticides or large agricultural machinery but the rediscovery of the rhythms of nature, of the passage of time, of the choice to let the horses run freely in the vineyard used as natural herbicides. Like the vineyard, the wine is also left as free as possible to express its full potential.

Here, recently in 2014, the determined Dr. Silvia Cirri, Head doctor and wine lover, decided to restore the the old barn, also called “conca” and transformed it into a cellar to give birth to two interesting wines: Elleboro, Bolgheri IGT white & Agapanto, Bolgheri DOC red. The property has a thousand olive trees of the Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino varieties, that are worth a production of 1,500 bottles of Tuscan Igp extra virgin olive oil.

The choice of organic and biodynamic is motivated by the belief that safeguarding the natural fertility of the earth, is the most important responsibility we have, towards future generations.

For over a century, the Ladogana family is dedicated to the production of wine according to the Apulian tradition. In 1996 the family decided to embrace the organic viticulture to offer better quality products without the addition of pesticides and synthetic chemical fertilizers. Thanks also to the virtuous production cycle conducted in the vineyard and cellar, the wines pay homage to the gift of simplicity of their land of origin in the Passo d’Orta area in Foggia, where the company is located.

Since 2003, the Ferreri and Bianco families have been dedicated to the production of wines with local and indigenous varietals. In their 11 hectares of vineyards, they produce Nero d'Avola, Pignatello, Catarratto, Zibibbo and other local grapes, on the hills of Santa Ninfa, in the sunny land of Sicily

Tenuta Starza nasce dal desiderio di una produzione vinicola sostenibile per cui ogni bottiglia di vino prodotta è il frutto di passione condivisa, attenzione al dettaglio e rispetto per la natura per offrire un’esperienza sensoriale esclusiva. In Tenuta Starza a Falciano del Massico, nel cuore della fertile Terra Felix in provincia di Caserta, si coltivano Primitivo e Merlot da nuovi impianti che danno vita all’Aurora un vino rosso che ammalia per la sua naturale rotondità e persistenza. Da vigneti più a nord, alle pendici del parco Regionale di Roccamonfina, provengono el uve Caprettone e Fiano che danno vita a due vini: Ancestrale è un vino bianco col fondo, rustico e ricco di note minerali più sulfuree proprie al terreno vulcanico che le nutre; Bardo è un vino bianco più rotondo ed evoluto, da affinamento più lungo.
